Warranty policy

Thank you for purchasing our products. We are proud to provide you high quality products with a high level of customer service.
Awad Badi Nahas Trading Co. in kingdom of Saudi Arabia and headquarter in Jeddah guarantees the appliance(s) shown on the order or invoice for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery with the following preconditions:

  • Customer must read the instructions accompanying the appliance(s) shown how to properly install, operate and use the appliance(s).
  • The customer must prove the date of purchase of the appliance(s) according to the original invoice or receipt.
  • The appliance(s) must be supplied, installed, operated and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • In the event that the customer desires a home visit and examines the device, a fee will be charged for the visit if the city in which the customer is located is not more than 100 km from the city where the maintenance center is located.

The warranty will not cover:-

  • Accidental damage, loss or damage arising from the breakdown of the product.
  • Damage caused by fire, explosion, floods, lightning, storms, frosts or other bad weather.
  • Malfunctions arising from any problem with the supply of electricity gas or water.
  • Rust, corrosion or water damage including but not limited to damage caused by excessive lime in the water supply our bad quality of water.
  • Cleaning or unblocking of filters, drainage systems or soap drawers
  • Problems as a result of the faulty or illegal installation of the product by a third party.
  • Consumable parts, accessories and replaceable items that change periodically including but not limited to (batteries, fuses, lamps, filters, plugs, light bulbs, lighting covers, etc.).
  • Non-domestic use or commercial use for appliances
