Appetizers, Recipes Tahini Sauce Posted by Chef Raneen Joudah February 17, 2025 On November 6, 2024 0 5 minutes Preparation time 5 minutes Cooking time Ingredients 1/4 red onion, very finely chopped. 1 tbs brown vinegar. 2 green lime, juice + 1 zest. 1/4 cup tahini. 1/4 cup water (extra if needed). 1 tbs yogurt. 3 garlic cloves, minced. 1/2 ts ground cumin. Salt & black pepper. METHOD In a bowl add the onion with the lime juice and vinegar and let it sit for 2 mins until it softens. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until the sauce is well combined and smooth.
