METHOD
- In a bowl, mix the milk, oil, and yogurt.
- In another bowl, mix the remaining dry ingredients of the dough.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and knead for ten minutes, then let the dough ferment for an hour until it doubles in size.
- Divide it according to the required amount, and it is best to let it ferment for an additional half hour after shaping.
- Baking time: 12 mins in a preheated oven at 200c.
