Delivery Policy

The Awad Badi Nahas Trading Company website offers delivery services to its customers across the major cities where customer service centers are located and their sub-regions, as shown in the table below.

As for cities where customer service centers are not available, once we receive the order, customer service will contact the customer to confirm the address. The products will be delivered by shipping companies. If there is no response after three attempts to contact the customer, the order will be canceled without any liability to the company. The shipment will be returned to the company, and the amount will be transferred to the customer after deducting the shipping fees for the returned product.

Your order shipping dates depend on product availability, city, and payment type. Delivery may take from three to fourteen business days, excluding Fridays and official holidays such as Eid and Saudi National Day. During official holidays, delivery may take up to twenty business days. Delivery also depends on customer acceptance and delivery arrangements with the delivery team.
